Our parent company, Eurodrip Group is a renowned, global supplier of drip irrigation solutions. Founded in 1979, Eurodrip is recognized as the first European company to offer the revolutionary extrusion and welding of polyethylene drippers into a single seamless drip tube/tape. Refined through the years this proprietary manufacturing process is the most widely used, reliable and advanced method still available today. The Group has a global presence with manufacturing and distribution operations in locations including the United States, Greece, Turkey, Egypt and Jordan. With a staff of 320 worldwide today, Eurodrip sells its drip products in 40 countries helping growers increase crop yields and utilize precious water resources more efficiently. 1979 – Eurodrip S.A. is founded and is the first European Company to become involved with drip irrigation. Its innovative method of welding drippers into a seamless pipe results in significant water conservation and greater crop yield. 2005 – Eurodrip Group is acquired by Global Finance, a leading private equity firm headquartered in Athens. Restructuring begins with focus on improving operational efficiencies, finances and distribution with strong emphasis on product quality and customer service. 2005 - Eurodrip U.S.A. expands its Mexican subsidiary by opening a second warehouse with sales & service in Irapuato, Mexico to meet growing demand in the region. 2005 – Eurodrip U.S.A. moves to new 65,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Madera, California, the heart of California’s central valley. The move also initiates an expansion plan that includes bringing all injection molding of seamless tape drippers to the new facility for a fully integrated manufacturing process with greater flexibility and quality control. 2006 – Eurodrip U.S.A. increases its seamless drip tape capacity by over 30% and doubles its hard-wall plain tube and drip tubing (pressure compensating and non-pressure compensating) capacity.
Eurodrip U.S.A., Inc. History 1996 - Eurodrip U.S.A., Inc. is formed as a subsidiary in San Diego, CA. In the same year, Eurodrip is certified in accordance to ISO 9002 for its entire range of operations. 1998 - Eurodrip U.S.A, Inc. transitions from a distribution company to a fully operational manufacturing unit, producing the complete range of Eurodrip products to better serve its North and South American markets. 2002 - Eurodrip U.S.A. expands to Mexico by establishing a fully owned subsidiary - Drip Irrigation de Mexico, which caters exclusively to the Mexican Market. 2005 – Eurodrip Group is acquired by Global Finance, a leading private equity firm headquartered in Athens.
