OVERVIEW

iron-hydraulic-valve

APPLICATIONS

  • Eurodrip USA iron valves are recommended for use in many agricultural irrigation applications.
  • Reliable with trouble-free operation; controlled, smooth and accurate closing and opening within a wide flow range.
  • Rugged, with high quality construction to meet applicable engineering standards.
  • Design is based on simplicity and engineered to perform under the most demanding conditions.

BENEFITS

  • High Efficiency/Low Head Loss - The flow path is wide and clear of obstructions for superior hydraulic performance and lower pressure loss.
  • Pressure Reduction over a Wide Flow Range - Capable of reducing pressures at low and high flow rates. The diaphragm can open, close, and reduce pressures down to 6 psi.
  • Protective Coating - The interior and exterior of the valve are treated with a protective electrostatic spray polyester coating that is resistant to chips, rust and corrosive materials.
  • Easy Maintenance - The valve never needs to be removed from the line. The bonnet is easily removed revealing the internal components for easy maintenance.
  • Hydraulic Accessories - Offering a complete line of multi-purpose pilots and accessories.

TECHNICAL

Valves-Iron-Hydraulic-parts-illust-smSPECIFICATIONS AND EXPLODED VIEW

  • Body - Manufactured cast iron (ASTM A 45 CIS25A) or ductile iron (ASTM A-536) valve body with an inline or angle design ensures minimal turbulence and reliable operation.
  • Diaphragm - Patented natural rubber diaphragm provides uniform pressure distribution on valve seat, preventing diaphragm deformation and ensuring a long, maintenance-free operation. NBR (BUNA), EPDM, and neoprene available on request.
  • Bonnet - The bonnet is manufactured from same material as the body.
  • Fasteners - Cobalt-coated steel fasteners enable easy access and corrosion-free operation.

Manual Control Valve
Opens and closes manually using a 3-way selector.

Electric Remote Control Valve
Valve opens or closes in response to an electric command using a 3-way solenoid.

Electric/Manual Remote Control Valve
Valve opens or closes in response to an electric command using a 3-way solenoid and includes a 3-way selector for manual operation.

Hydraulic Remote Control Valve
Valve opens or closes in response to a hydraulic command using a hydraulic relay.

Pressure Reducing Manual Control Valve | Electric | Hydraulic
Maintains a constant downstream pressure regardless of upstream pressure or flow rate fluctuations. The set point of reduced pressure is adjustable by a 3-way pilot. A spring-loaded diaphragm inside the pilot moves according to the downstream pressure changes. The pressure fluctuations are compensated by gradual opening and closing of the valve.

Pressure Relief Control Valve
The Pressure Relief Valve is used to relieve excess pressure to protect system components.

Quick Acting Pressure Relief Control Valve
The Quick Acting Pressure Relief Valve is used to quickly relieve excess pressure utilizing a 2-way pilot to protect system components.

Pressure Sustaining Manual Control Valve | Electric | Hydraulic
Maintains a constant upstream pressure regardless of upstream pressure or flow rate fluctuations. The specified pressure set point is adjustable by a 3-way pilot. A spring-loaded diaphragm inside the pilot moves according to the upstream pressure changes. The pressure fluctuations are compensated by gradual opening and closing of the valve.

Quick Acting Pressure Sustaining Normally Open Control Valve
The Pressure Sustaining Normally Open Control Valve is a quick acting electrically activated mainline pressure control valve with a 2-way plastic pilot. When activated, it maintains a constant upstream pressure regardless of flow changes.

Pressure Sustaining/Reducing Control Valve
The combined operation of the two 3-way pilots sustains a constant pressure upstream of the valve, and at the same time, reduces the downstream to a preset pressure. Both pilots have spring-loaded diaphragms. One pilot is sensitive to upstream pressure and the other to downstream pressure. The valve opens or closes gradually to maintain both required pressures simultaneously.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS:
