We measure quality by the experience of our dealers, installers and farmers.  To ensure we meet those expectations we scrutinize every inch of the millions of feet of drip tape and hose we manufacture each year at our Madera, California facility.

The scrutiny begins with rigorous standards and inspection for every raw material that goes into our products.  We use only the highest engineering grade resins available for extruding our thin-wall tape and hard-wall hose products, as well as in our injection molding of emitters.  Next, our state-of-the-art extruders and injection molding machines are proactively maintained to the highest standards in the industry and inspected to exacting tolerances prior to every new run.  We continue to monitor all processes during the production cycle and inspect test samples from every coil we produce. In addition, our Quality Control department randomly tests numerous samples every day to ensure our flow rates, wall thickness, diameter, pressure capabilities, coil weights and tensile strength are all within specifications.
